DOWN PAYMENT AND CLOSING COST ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE:

The Welcome Back Home Loan Program will provide up to 4% of the loan amount in down payment and closing cost assistance. This assistance is limited to the first-time homebuyer and any homeowner whose home was rendered uninhabitable because of Hurricane Katrina. The term ‘first-time homebuyer’ means any homebuyer who has not owned a principal residence within the last three years.
